A very hangliding honeymoon
Erin and I went to the outerbanks for our honeymoon and had a phenomenal time. The are a few more stories that deserve their own posts, but I had to get something down on the hangliding first.
So, Kittyhawk Kites (http://www.kittyhawkkites.com/) is definitely a place I recommend to anyone going to the outerbanks. We did the Dune hangliding lessons which turned out to be huge fun for little moola. The one thing you’ll find out about yourself is if you can land on your feet or if you prefer to be a sand dart. Myself, I have to admit I am the latter, while my blushing bride stuck the landing…
July 11th is coming quickly!
Right, I am going to be setting up a wedding section to the website not sure how interactive it will be yet (or how much action it would get even if it was). Keep on the look out!
Of dead car batteries and auto parts stores…
Today was an interesting day as a consumer. In the ever demanding world of customer service you would think that an eighty dollar sale would be second to customer loyalty and the subsequent revenue that customer represents. Unfortunately, this was not the case today… Normally, I would have taken the associate for their word and purchased a new battery, but there was something about this individual that screamed, “I am lying to you” (not a good aura for a salesperson). Being a technical individual I also would have attributed the BAD result from testing to improperly calibrated or simply bad equipment. Alas, after taking my batter to two other stores and reading the resulting GOOD I had to wonder…

Mr. Brown Iced Coffee
Erin and I ventured into an asian (p.c.?) grocery store today and stumbled upon, wait for it, wait for it… MR. BROWN ICED COFFEE. Anyone that knows me also knows my love for my name and seeing it on a can nearly stilled my heart… Now for the review;
I sampled the regular flavor in the 8.12 FL. OZ. can. The aroma of coffee is apparent after opening the can along with a “sweetness”. The taste is smooth and coats the toungue. I think I enjoy a bit of grittiness which this has none of and yet I think I will buy some more!
King Car keep it coming! I look forward to sampling your other flavours soon.

Thanksgiving with the Fam
A little late, but I wanted to write something on my blog to keep it running. Erin and I had a good time in Berea with our families. Lucas, our pup, had a great time playing with my sisters new pug Henry. I don’t know if we got any photos, but will have to see… My brother bought a car, pontiac grand prix, which is all kitted out and a very neat ride. Hmm… what else, well, I got to see one of my Groomsmen, Josh Padgett, which was good and saw his new place. The man is a maniac with tools and has already been tearing down and putting up new walls! All in all, it was great to be home and I am looking forward to Christmas!
